Service Description

This is an add-on service only, meaning it has no specific techniques, but you can add this oil to any massage style. Heat therapy has long been used as a form of treatment for many health ailments. Overworked and over-contracted muscles can become very tight, stiff, and difficult to work with; deep heat can manually soothe the tightness and release tension in order for the tissues to be massaged back into happiness. The rocks can also act as massage tools themselves, with the smooth edges sinking into aggravated knots and swirling around the fascia to provide you with relief. Stones freshly "caught" from Tynemouth beach! Pregnant women are advised to avoid excessive heat therapies or deep tissue pressure due to their increased blood pressure; please do not add this service if you are booking a Pregnancy Massage.
