Service Description
This is an add-on service only, although I will be happy to provide you with some at-home exercises you can practice if you need to wait more than a week before for your appointment. Tailor your treatment more specifically to your needs and how you can improve certain aspects of your life to increase your benefits. I can provide you with a stretching routine, tension-relieving exercises, or art activities to try - please contact me beforehand if you would like a more detailed aftercare plan.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me via telephone or email, at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise a fee of £20 will be applied.
